Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

This week’s theme is ~ Books that Surprised Me (in a good or bad way)

  1. The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood – So much hype I thought it would be a downer, but nope it was a cute story.
  2. A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson – Loved it!
  3. Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren – Was shockingly good.
  4. One of Us is Lying by Karen McManus – Loved it more than the show, I saw the show first.
  5. Daisy Jones & the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid – I enjoyed this, the hype was right to me!
  6. If I Stay by Gayle Forman – I loved it, and I still read all of her books.
  7. Done and Dusted by Lyla Sage – I never read a cowboy story, but I fell in love with this book.
  8. Silver Foxed by Kayla Grosse – I loved this book. Now a favorite author of mine!
  9. The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley – I couldn’t stand this book, it was ridiculous!!
  10. The Only One Left by Riley Sager – The hype was right on with this by Riley!
