Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
This week’s theme is ~ Books that Surprised Me (in a good or bad way)
- The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood – So much hype I thought it would be a downer, but nope it was a cute story.
- A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson – Loved it!
- Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren – Was shockingly good.
- One of Us is Lying by Karen McManus – Loved it more than the show, I saw the show first.
- Daisy Jones & the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid – I enjoyed this, the hype was right to me!
- If I Stay by Gayle Forman – I loved it, and I still read all of her books.
- Done and Dusted by Lyla Sage – I never read a cowboy story, but I fell in love with this book.
- Silver Foxed by Kayla Grosse – I loved this book. Now a favorite author of mine!
- The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley – I couldn’t stand this book, it was ridiculous!!
- The Only One Left by Riley Sager – The hype was right on with this by Riley!
