I devoured this short novella like it was a forbidden Christmas cookie I absolutely wasn’t supposed to touch. This story is dark, unhinged, and dripping with “run, baby, RUN” tension, with that twisted hunter/prey cat-and-mouse vibe that keeps your heart racing. Jodie has never let me down; she does it again. 🖤 I fell hard for these two, such fantastic characters. If you love dark and twisted, you will absolutely love this one. Read your trigger warnings.

SB does it again. This was a very anticipated book; I was so excited when I got the ARC. I loved this book in the way you love something that drags you by the throat and whispers, “Don’t look away.” Simon Says is slick, dark, and dangerously addictive. It’s masks on masks on masks, and every time one slips, the story bites harder. If you like dark romance/erotic suspense with manipulation, masks, obsession, and that “this is toxic, but I can’t stop” pull, this one will absolutely sink its claws into you. I devoured it, and I’m still sitting here staring at the wall like… so we’re just going to live with that now? 😮💨🖤
