My Thoughts
Alice Feeney has always been one of my favorite thriller authors, but with regret, I didn’t particularly like this specific work. My main gripe with Beautiful Ugly, however, was its pacing: it’s too slow. The narrative felt unexciting, though there were a couple of twists at the end that were interesting, but on the whole, it fell flat for me. The good news: Richard Armitage and Tuppence Middleton did excellent work narrating.
