My Thoughts
This book was interesting from the first page to the last. The story was full of surprises, and I wanted to know what would happen next. On the other hand, some chapters of the book were rather thrilling as I got glued to my seat, and I am not easily scared by a thriller. Still, one thing left me with ambivalent feelings towards the book. At some stage, it looked like the book was slightly pointing fingers at the victims for the circumstances they ended up in, and this annoyed me a bit.
However, as I read, I understood that the character’s case was not as simple as it appeared. The characters were more complicated than I first considered, and I came to understand them by the end.
