My Thoughts
I just finished a superb psychological thriller set in Galway with a leading protagonist, Dr. Amanda Jackson. The storyline was well-written, and the rhythm was right, which kept me glued. The characterizations were perfect, but Edward’s behavior was intolerable, and I wished Amanda would finally understand him. The story was a cliffhanger, so I could only guess about Amanda’s family secret and what unraveled her life.
Overall, it was intriguing to read and genuinely worth the time. This would’ve been a five-star read for me had it not been for the cliffhanger.
