My Thoughts
Wow, what an engaging story! This revenge plot is based on the main character’s disgust of crime within the village. The story has a plot of a hit-and-run accident that has not been solved and a new and very eager PC. The story’s plot is very energetic and intense; in other words, action is a constant.
The characters are quite believable, and the language used in the book is simple and understandable; thus, the characters are easily recognizable. The story also has an interchanging time frame of past and present tense to make the story more interesting to read. However, some elements are rather dark and depressive, but the author approaches them rather subtly.
Thus, I would like to stress that I enjoyed the book and highly encourage everyone to read it as it is diverse and contains elements of different genres.
