The Old Girls’ Chateau Escape is a delightful story filled with cleverness, humor, and a touch of mystery. It explores themes of friendship and loyalty as Gina navigates Meredith’s memories while caring for her husband. Readers can look forward to being transported to the beautiful scenery of Provence, where humor, mystery, and some romantic moments come together.
If you’re a fan of women’s fiction or feel-good novels, you’ll find Kate Galley’s writing simple and easily understandable. The characters in the story are very natural, each character has its own tone and attitude. This is a fascinating aspect of the interaction between Gina and Dorothy and between Gina and Meredith. I highly recommend this book 😍
