My Thoughts

The story of The Private Chef is told from dual perspectives, and it’s really not as it seems. Unexpected turns fill the plot, forcing you to question if the characters you’re introduced to at the start are the bad guys or just regular folk in a bad place. This is just the kind of book I enjoy, one that keeps you guessing until the end. I highly recommend this to all thriller lovers!

I am the product of serious childhood trauma. I’ve spent my life in therapy working on it.

While this book is a work of fiction, it is born out of that trauma.

If you’ve had your own childhood trauma, or if you’re a parent who loves your child, or if the physical abuse of a child is triggering for you, this book will be extremely hard to get through.

There’s a solid psychological thriller within the pages, but it’s not an easy ride.

Anyone interested in reading is advised to check the trigger warnings before diving in.

There is no HEA in The Bleeding Hour, nor anything remotely close to it.
